Final sale policy
CortexWP AI purchases, subscriptions, renewals, and token credit plans are final and non-refundable except where required by law. This policy applies to monthly plans, renewals, upgrades, usage credits, and other paid access to the service.
Why purchases are final
CortexWP AI uses third-party vendors and infrastructure to provide AI processing, connected-site inspection, account services, payment processing, hosting, and operational tooling. Costs may be incurred when accounts are created, subscriptions are active, messages are sent, site data is inspected, tools are used, or connected-site work is performed. Because these costs are real and usage-based, purchases and subscriptions are final.
Subscriptions and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. You may continue to have access through the end of the paid period unless your account is closed or access is otherwise restricted under the Terms of Service.
Unused credits
Unused token credits, unused plan time, unused account access, or unused service capacity are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Credits may expire according to the plan or billing period terms shown in the app.
Billing errors
If you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or technical issue with payment processing, contact billing@cortexwp.ai as soon as possible. We will review billing issues in good faith and correct confirmed billing mistakes where appropriate.
How to contact billing
Email billing@cortexwp.ai with your account email, plan, charge date, invoice or receipt if available, and a short explanation of the issue. Contacting us does not guarantee a refund, credit, or exception.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or refund rights that may apply under law.
